All product prices on our website are inclusive of UK mainland delivery.
Delivery / Postage Information
All orders made before 16.00 hours will be despatched same day and should be completed within 48 hours (two working days) of your order confirmation. Orders placed after 16.00 hours will be classed as the following day. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
Delivery charges are for UK mainland only and exclude Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands where a surcharge of £10.00 is applicable.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once the goods have been delivered.
Unfortunately we are unable to give you a specific delivery time.
Damages/shortages must be notified within five working days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours.
Returns
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within seven working days for a refund, less carriage costs.
If you have ordered the wrong product, you may return the product to us at your expense. Products should be returned in the same packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.
If you receive any damaged or defective goods these will be replaced free of charge. If they are found not to be defective or damaged you will be charged for those goods.
If you have received a discounted rate on your order and you return goods that will take you below that discount rate you will then be charged the difference.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
VAT
VAT is not charged on any goods and service supplied by Back 2 Limited
Payment methods
We accept all major Credit / Debit cards with all payments being made via our secure Sage Pay server.
Credit Card Security
Back 2 limited uses Sage Pay as Payment Service Provider and it is their top priority to ensure that transaction data is kept secure at all times.
Transaction security
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Sage Pay System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sage Pay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage
Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Links to banks
Sage Pay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
Employee access
No individuals within Sage Pay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Sage Pay systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
